The fact the my client posted the picture she had taken with the plecanta, on Facebook, on her private page, she did not expect it to be a big deal. At the time she took this photograph, her teacher clearly said, after being asked permission to take the picture; "Oh, you girls," which is not at all, a clear or straight forward answer. Therefore, my client took the picture, and posted it, where she did no harm on her page. Also, when asked to remove the photo, she did, only three hours after she posted the picture. You have no right to kick her out of school for this. There is no rule stated that you can get kicked out for a photograph taken; therefore, my client has the right to stay in school.
